STPM around the corner ! Good luck to my dear friends who will sit for STPM . I know that studying in Form 6 is not easy but as long as you are willing to study without know the meaning of tired , i know you can do it . Never give up . All the best friends !

I noticed that each person has experienced stress just as i do .

today i feel depressed because of a slight problem with my online quiz . So , i got an idea to post an entry about stress.

Students undergo more stress when they are in school . This pressure comes from a combination of pressure from friends and educators . Extensive workload is sometimes difficult to bear and sometimes the pressure produced evidence to the grade and recovery failed to affect the productivity of students classes . How pressure is no longer a great wonder . It is given that the pressure drives the students to excel when left unmanaged , it can ruin their lives . How to deal with all the pressure they go through a significant skill that they all need to learn .

The effects :

• Irritability
• Loss of concentration 
• Forgetfulness
• Depression
• Disorganization
• Anxiety

Stress management :

• Eliminate unnecessary stresses
• Change your attitude
• Take care of yourself
• Manage your time
• Practice relaxation technique

For your information , the reason i created this new blog is because to complete the assignment that was given by my lecturer . For the first entry , i need to introduce myself . So , let me proceed .

See the picture above ? Who is that ? Yupp . Thats me , the owner of this blog , ZULEYANA BINTI KASIRAN . I was born on 8th November 1992 at Hospital Daerah Mersing . Now, i am officially 19 years old . I came from Felda Nitar Satu , Mersing , Johor . I have 5 siblings including me . I have 4 big brothers .
My first education is at Sekolah Kebangsaan LKTP Nitar Satu from year 1999 to 2004 . My secondary school is Sekolah Menengah Kebagsaan Nitar . I studied there from form 1 until form 5 . After that , i futher my study at Johor Matriculation College .
 Now , i am studying at Universiti Teknologi Mara Kampus Bandaraya Melaka in Bachelor of Administration Business (Hons) Finance . I was in group BM2221A . I am still in part 1 student and this is my starting point to reach my goal .
